Well hello lovelies - I feel like I'm in a washing machine at the moment... just seem to be tumbling and bumbling from one thing to the other! I haven't stopped and life just keeps rolling around doesn't it!
I have been stressing that I haven't put up a blog post sharing how much fun we had at the second ever
"crafty night"! It was sooo cool. (I'm sorry to those that couldn't make it, I don't want you to feel like I'm rubbing it in or anything! :) )
I was nervous - if you know me at all, you know that speaking in front of a group of people really makes me poop my pants and I generally feel like crying and throwing up everywhere.... I didn't do that thank bloody god! hahah I'm so excited to say that I think there were about 27 ladies! We were set up in the awesome and amazing restaurant Riversalt next door to the shop (a massive shout out and thank you to Katie & Andrew, have I mentioned to you how awesome their food and service is... ! ).
I have to make a few special thank you's - MUM, Isla & Zoe - your help before the big event was invaluable, I was nervous and not the best company!! Then I had a few magic helpers (mum, zoe, zoe number 2, anna and whoever else lent a hand), teaching some of the girls while I was busy - thank you! I think most of the ladies left with a good part of a granny square - how clever!
I won't babble on too much - I'll leave you with photos.
And before I forget - I will be doing more crafty nights - teaching how to crochet, I just have to fine tune a few things! I'm thinking of having smaller groups, limit the number of crochet virgins and doing it more often if I can! Stay tuned.
